Those of us trained in science are taught to communicate with rigor, novelty, and contribution to knowledge. A pitch to an investor asks for something quite different: in roughly ten slides, you need to name a real market problem, position your technology as the solution, and show how it outclasses what’s already on offer. Our panel has lived through that arc — from pre-company formation through active investor engagement — and will share what the journey has actually taught them.
