AI Tools and Foundations
Tuesday, September 22, 2026 10 AM to 4:30 PM
About this Event
This event, created by McKelvey School of Engineering, will feature presentations of recent foundational advances in AI by WashU faculty in areas, including large language models, computer vision, trustworthy AI, medical imaging, AI for science, AI interpretability and many others.
Two tutorials will follow the presentations. The first will focus on developing AI agents. The second will introduce the AgentNet, an Internet of Agents architecture that enables users to request AI agents and agent teams to complete a variety of tasks such as image classification, text summarization, manuscript reviewing and others. AgentNet also lowers the barriers for tool and agent developers to make these available for broad use.
