BearFIT Tread and Shred is a dynamic 50-minute workout combining treadmill-based running drills with floor exercises. This versatile class allows you to customize your intensity level, making it ideal for both running newcomers and experienced athletes. You'll split your time between energizing treadmill intervals and strength-building floor work, incorporating weights, bodyweight movements, and core exercises.
