Students will learn overarching concepts to break down implicit bias and microagressions and how people are impacted by them on a daily basis. Throughout the workshop students will engage in reflective opportunities to further understand the topics.
Objectives:
• Understand our identities and intersections
• Breaking down implicit bias and microaggressions
• Practicing inclusion after identifying our biases
