Shan Boodram is a pioneering voice who has redefined how we understand love, desire, and sex in the digital age. A certified sex educator (AASECT), board-certified sexologist (ABS), and holder of an MS in psychology, Shan has spent two decades at the forefront of intimacy education—spanning mainstream media and academic platforms alike. Her work includes Netflix’s Too Hot to Handle, MasterClass’s The Art of Sex Appeal, and the widely acclaimed podcast Lovers by Shan. 

Her signature frameworks—such as the Lover’s Lifestyle, Turn-On Triggers, and The Mind-Blowing Sex Triad—form the foundation of a growing body of work that fuses cultural commentary, academic insight, lived experience, and deep community engagement. 

Shan is the best-selling author of The Game of Desire and LAID, with a third book currently in development. She has been featured on The Today Show, Good Morning America, The View, Armchair Expert, and has spoken at UCLA, VidCon, and The Good Fest. 

More than one of the most recognizable voices in the space, Shan is building the lexicon for how a generation understands safety, sexual power, and the keys to a well-loved life.
