WashU Serves presents Service Saturdays, an initiative of In St. Louis, For St. Louis. Originally launched during the university’s tornado recovery response, Service Saturdays have since become a popular way for WashU faculty, staff, students, and their families to serve together outside of work time. Held monthly in partnership with local nonprofits, Service Saturdays provide meaningful opportunities to meet urgent needs while building a culture of shared service across the WashU community.
